to bolster unity and friendship, and make continued, solid progress in building
consensus.
We should improve the system and mechanism for National Committee

members to contact people from the sectors they represent. We should
encourage National Committee members to engage deeply with the people

and their communities, so that they can relay people’s opinions and
suggestions to relevant authorities without delay, communicate principles and
policies of the Party and the state, help coordinate relations, allay grievances,

and address problems, and thus rally people from all ethnic groups and sectors
of society more closely around the CPC. We should bolster international

exchanges and better tell China’s stories in order to boost the international
community’s understanding and recognition of Chinese modernization.

The great achievements we have secured reinforce our confidence of success
and the ambitious goals we have set inspire us to forge ahead. Let us unite more
closely around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,

follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese
Characteristics for a New Era, press ahead with enterprise and fortitude, and work

tirelessly to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects and advance
national rejuvenation on all fronts.
